Beginner Ab Exercises


These are some fast ab exercises that you can start doing right away at home or at the gym. These are not your ordinary, useless ab crunch and situp exercises. These specific ab exercises will start shredding your mid section. I recommend you start out doing 3 sets of 15 reps, at the start of your workout. You can start out doing exercise 1 the first day of your workout week, ab exercise 2 the second day of the week, and so on… don’t be lazy – get lean!
