Despite what you may have been told, taught or heaven forbid (seen at the gym) ab crunches is not the way to
losing belly fat, a flat stomach or even six pack abs!

Today, I want to share with you 2 crunch-free ab exercises that not only help you blast away your belly fat and firm up your mid section but it will also stabilize your core.

Did you know that core exercises are not only important in helping you carve out six pack abs but
they also help strengthen your lower back and eliminate back pain.

It’s not your fault that you believed the abdominal crunch was king there is alot of misinformation out there and what you see at your local fitness center or gym is downright SCARY!

But you know better now, right!
